Every gas line fails to one of two states when power drops. Sort each cylinder tag onto the manifold matching how it should fail.

On loss of power, a valve settles into whichever state it's built for — there's no in-between.
- N.O. — Normally Open: powered = closed, power lost = open. Used where the gas should keep flowing through a fault.
- N.C. — Normally Closed: powered = open, power lost = closed. Used where the gas must stop flowing through a fault.
